For those looking for cooking classes in Portland Maine, I’m now offering hands-on cooking and art classes at Fork Food Lab. My classes are creative and welcome to people of all skill levels. All classes include a free snack and dessert, a no-rush sit-down meal after the class, and hands-on instruction. All materials and ingredients are included! Our classes are welcoming to all, handicap accessible, and able to adapt to a variety of dietary restrictions.

Art Classes, Too!
I also am a professional artist and teach art classes in Portland, Maine. After each class is an optional additional watercolor workshop in which I teach you how to create one of my signature food watercolor paintings! We start with the basics. Underpainting, brush maintenance, color mixing, and work our way up to layering, mixing types of paint and ink, and finishing our paintings off with highlights and final touches. So this is a really fun a unique opportunity to learn from me, as someone who has created over 200 food watercolor paintings and recipes! All painting supplies are provided, and you will get to go home with your art to display proudly at home.
